Finding you the right tenant

At Manage Our Rental, we have mastered ways of finding ideal tenants for your property.  We will take care of all the marketing and advertising, you do not have to worry about anything and this will not incur any cost to you.  Once advertisements are running successfully, we will set up appointments and open homes to take prospective tenants through the property.  

 Renting out your property

We have a great deal of experience in selecting tenants so all the administration part of the renting process will also be taken care of by us.  Application forms are collected from all interested parties, and then we conduct extensive reference checks with present and previous landlords and/or employers so you can be confident we are selecting the right tenant for you.  Once a tenant is selected, you have a chance to approve them and we will prepare a legal document for the tenancy agreement.  We will collect the bond (3 weeks rent) from the tenant and the first weeks rent.  The bond is paid to the Department of Housing and Building who hold it until the end of the tenancy.  Tenants will pay the rent from then on by automatic payment into our trust account.  When we hand the keys over to the tenant, we conduct an initial inspection to record the condition of the property before the tenants move in.  You will be able to see and approve this and this report will assist in the bond management when the tenants vacate.  We will look after the ongoing care of your property including the maintenance, even if you are here or overseas.
